The EDUPALL project has been highlighted at a large number of conferences and events including:

  • Romanian Palliative Care National Conference 2017 organized by Palliative Care National Association (ANIP)  –  Oral project presentation delivered 150+ palliative care professionals
  • Mures Conference, Romania, Nov 2017  – Oral project presentation delivered to 200+ health care professional
  • 4th Dietitian National Conference “Child obesity – Updates, Prevention and Treatment Perspectives” – presentation
  • 3rd International Sport Nutrition Conference “Transdisciplinary Research in Physical Therapy, Physical Activity and Sports Nutrition” – presentation
  • National Conference for Palliative Care, October 2018 – co-organised by HOSPICE Care Speranti) included three disseminations events. One event was led by Dr. Liliana Stanciulescu who presented on the group she led on symptom management. At the second event, Dr. Daniela Mosoiu, UTBV presented on the project. At the third event, Piret Paal, Paracelsus Medical University, Salzburg, Austria, presented as an associate project partner on ‘Speaking about spiritual care and addressing spirituality’. A total of 75 palliative care professionals attended the events.
  • Undergraduate Medical Education Special Interest Forum, University of Liverpool, UK, October 2018 – an abstract was accepted. The forum was attended by 42 delegates who were mainly Doctors (Medical School Dean, Professors, Consultants, Specialist Trainees, Junior Doctors, Student Doctors), Specialist Nurses in Palliative Care, educationalists, Psychologist.
  • EAPC World Congress, Berlin, Mary 2019 – abstract accepted for poster presentation
  • Regional Medical Conference, Baia Mare Medica 28 Feb – 4 March 2019 – Dr Boeriu, UMF Timisoara delivered oral presentation ‘Place of Terminal Care in the Medical Practice’. The conference was attended by 50 health care professionals
  • Palliative Care Master course, (UTBV and HCS) 3 years (2017 – 2019) included content regarding EDUPALL with 150 master students in attendance.
  • Palliative care undergraduate course (UBTV) 3 years (2017 – 2019) included content regarding EDUPALL with 440 medical and nursing students in attendance
  • AIIHPC Council of Partners received briefing on EDUPALL project at its September 2018, December 2018 and February 2019 meetings
